​The Big Event at McNeese State University is a student-led, community-wide day of service that unites students, faculty, staff, local organizations, and residents in a shared effort to give back to Southwest Louisiana. Through volunteer projects across the region, participants work side by side to serve the community, express appreciation for its continued support, and strengthen the lasting connection between the university and the people it serves.
